Every year each department manager at Saddleback Design meets with their team to complete a survey about their interaction with each of our vendor suppliers. They discuss every aspect of the business they do with the vendors including style, service, availability of products, back orders and warranty. From those surveys it becomes clear which vendors go above and beyond to provide the highest level of service.
