Work at Saddleback
Choosing an employer can be one of the most important decisions you will make.
It is estimated that one-third of your life is spent at work, so it is no surprise that your job has an enormous impact on your quality of life. Since 1995, Saddleback Design has partnered with home builders to personalize homes through thoughtful design, extensive selection and quality installation.
So why do people like working at Saddleback? We took a poll, and the responses are below. We thought you might want to know! Join us today!

Saddleback is family-owned, and that family feeling carries over to its employees. Saddleback grows and changes to stay on top of the competitive market by encouraging its employees to think and act strategically and tactically.

Saddleback believes in its employees and providing opportunities for growth and learning. Departments meet with each other to learn and understand about processes. Managers present lunch-n-learns that are open to everyone to learn more about each department. The management team supports the idea of promoting from within.

Saddleback has an organizational mission that covers everything. To support our mission, we hold quarterly “State of the Saddle” meetings where management informs us of how we are doing as a company (the good, the bad, and how the team can best move forward) and what our future looks like. The results? We all walk away feeling more energized, connected, and driven as a team. It is nice to know your management team considers you an integral part of the solution.

Saddleback takes part in community events like coat, diaper and school supply drives. It is a terrific way to have fun with your coworkers while giving back to the community. Saddleback also has a vibrant Culture Committee that is dedicated to the employee experience. We love Friday BBQs, fitness challenges, holiday costume contests and more.
