I have been working with Charity since June 2015, so I wanted to let you know how great she is. My original visit to Saddleback was exciting and somewhat overwhelming for me. I made the selections for my town home and after several months realized that my choices were out of date with the current design trends. I returned several times, sometimes with appointment and some without, to look at other options. Each time I didn't have an appointment she made it a point to check on me for any questions I might have, but never neglected her current client. Now that's what I call great customer service. She was always patient, polite and showed me some great products to chose from, but most of all I enjoyed her sweet smile every time I had interaction with her. I think it's important for you to know that she is a valuable employee and I commend you for having her among your staff.
I just want to thank you for your kindness and professionalism for which you have shown my wife and I during our house buying process. You have shown us honesty, integrity, or transparency throughout this process in abundant quantities. You have been the bright spot of this experience for my wife and me. We really appreciate you and feel so grateful for your help, guidance, and support to make these decisions. We would love if you would forward this email on to whomever needs reminding of how important you are in this process. Whoever you send this to, should give you a raise for staying late, fixing others mistakes with a smile and a calm, respectful tone, and having a great talent for visual spatial organization.
