What does Rich Larson, general manager, enjoy most about his job at Saddleback Design? He enjoys managing a large group of people and bringing all the different departments together to create a great service and product for the clients. "At the end of the day, it is all about the clients." Larson said. "But it begins with the team. I strive to provide effective and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all departments and services." With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Larson has done it all including manual labor, day-to-day management of trades, running his own business, operations for home builders, developing and leading department teams and managing to the requirements of annual business plans. Larson uses his perspective and experience from working with home builders to effectively cultivate relationships with builder clients who ultimately deliver the final product to the homeowner.
